They sell these phallic cactus cowboys at a cheap gift shop in between Flagstaff and Phoenix (if you desperately want one with a cactus). I bought this one in college so I could have a reminder of Arizona. Eventually the cactus dried up and fell off. How tragic! Quality is low since there is not really a joke anymore that the cactus fell off. Sentimental value is high.
I got this about ten years ago from my parents. Its one of those cool things you’re supposed to put on your dashboard, but I wanted to keep it in mint condition, so its been parked on a shelf forever. Quality is good, it has never left a shelf. Sentimental value is high because its from my parents!
This is another one of my collectible glasses I got in the summer of 1993 in Upstate NY. My favorite baseballer/#3 human being of all time…Babe Ruth. (#1 is Ben Franklin, #2 is FDR). Quality is high, it is in mint condition. Sentimental value is high since Babe Ruth is the most awesome glutton ever.
I don’t know how I acquired this one…Or even what it is. I think the nose lit up at one time, but it doesn’t any more. I think I got it from my neice, or maybe just a friend had it and didn’t want it. I know its one of those toys that young kids get if they are too small for the big boy toys in Happy Meals. Quality is low since the nose doesn’t work and it doesn’t do anything else. Sentimental value is low. Probably would make a satisfactory paperweight.

Before the Phoenix Coyotes stole the Jets from Winnipeg. The NHL played a few exhibition games in Phoenix. One of them was the Mighty Ducks vs. Blackhawks, which I got to see. I picked up this mini goalie stick when I was there. Quality is high since its in mint condition and one of the few things leftover from my short phase of really liking hockey. Sentimental value is high.
I got this trophy my senior year of high school for being a decent athlete, and not a jerk. Everyone likes a trophy! Quality is high, its been sitting on various shelves the past 10 years. Sentimental value is high since I proved to everyone that someone was noticing my hard work, I wasn’t just getting things through family connections.
I got this during my sports card collecting phase. My dad was a big Micky Mantle and New York Yankee fan growing up. Maybe he will give me a Ben Franklin for this fine sports collectible. Quality is high, its in mint condition. Sentimental value is low since I like the Diamondbacks, Red Sox and Orioles better.
I got the Airplane! movie on DVD about four years ago. It came with a card to mail in and get a free Otto the Autopilot. I thought it would be bigger! Quality is high. Its in mint condition and I doubt many people bothered to obtain this collectible. Sentimental value is medium.
In 2003 I went to the Medieval times located in the Arundel Mills Mall just south of downtown Baltimore. While I was there I ordered some sort of alcoholic fruit drink in this souvenir cup. Quality is high since I have never used the cup since, and sentimental value is high because its one of the few breakable things that I own that has lasted a decent amount of time.
